The How of Happy
Join Laura for a joyful and enriching morning of happiness skills training.
We all want to be happy, but we often burn ourselves out perpetually ‘working towards’ it. In
this nourishing Sunday session, we’ll explore theories of happiness, reset with guided
meditations and dive in to some wonderful exercises to energise our outlook on happiness.
There will also be the chance to enjoy a few minutes of mood lifting facial reflexology during
the morning and a 30-minute walk around the beautiful grounds of the Harewood Estate at

Everyone’s welcome. This session is great for those who: Don’t always feel as happy as
they want | Are interested in theories of happiness | Sometimes feel stuck in a repeat cycle |
Struggle to stick to their goals | Keep living to their to-do list | Want to re-assess their goals.

Refreshments and homemade vegan bakes
Guided meditation, discussion of theory, hands-on practical exercises
Optional facial reflexology taster session
Accompanied walk to soak up the stunning setting
Optional 30-minute follow-up coaching session on zoom.
Like many of us, Laura has turned to meditation and mindfulness as a means of pausing,
reconnecting and releasing in these ever-changing times. She thoroughly enjoys helping
