1:1 Pilates

In these physio led foundation level 1:1's, you will develop a solid foundation for the Pilates method, using the five key Pilates elements of the APPI Pilates approach. You will learn a variety of level appropriate movements addressing lumbo-pelvic stability, postural education, correct movement patterning and enhanced body awareness.

Pre / Post Natal  Pilates

Pilates offers a perfect form of exercise for during and after your pregnancy for both you and your baby. These sessions will help to maintain and build on your pelvic floor muscles without causing any stress to your back and other joints.

This 1:1 is open to pregnant women from 12 weeks right up to birth and is a fantastic way to prepare your body and mind for the delivery of your baby. You can also bring your baby along with you for the post natal sessions, where we offer a safe space where you can feed your baby. This is a safe space for your body, mind and spirit to settle and grow. 

Sports Specific Pilates

These sessions are Physio led and are targeted to your sport specific goals such strengthen or improve flexibility of a particular muscle group, re balance muscle activity, return to sport from injury or to improve sport specific technique. Our teachers are expert in Pilates for tennis, running, body building, cycling and rowing.
