  • How do I find the Arch Barn?
    Please visit our Find Us page for detailed directions and read before you join us for the first time. Ensure you enter the estate via the Weardley Lane entrance and not through Harewood House's main gates. For sat nav the best postcode for this entrance is LS17 9LS. From here you need to follow the signs to Harewood Yard with the Arch Barn located behind the Estate office.
  • Where can I park?
    We have ample parking in Harewood Yard although this does get busy at times, particular Monday - Wednesday. If you are unable to park in Harewood Yard, feel free to use the adjacent car park or the 2 car parks located next to the Estate Office. If you drive an electric car, please speak to the Estate office about our charging docks.
  • How do I become a member?
    Becoming a member is a great way to manage your upcoming bookings, reschedule classes and treatments or change your personal information. You also qualify for the loyalty scheme once you are logged in as a member, with points being automatically credited to your account. To become a member you just need to sign up via the members page or the login bar at the top of each page.
  • I'm unable to log into the members page and my reset password email hasn't arrived.
    If you are unable to log into the members page and you need to reset your password, please follow the guidance on screen. This will prompt you enter your login email and we’ll send you a link to reset your password. If you do not receive your password reset email please check your junk folder as it often is there. Please get in touch if you have done these steps and are still unable to log in so we can help.
  • How do I book a class?
    • Log into the members page or sign up if it is your first time • Buy your pricing plan first. These start at single class drop in's to 20 class passes. • Return to the classes page and choose and book your class. Follow the prompts on screen to book.
  • How do I reschedule a class?
    • Log into the members page • Click on "My Bookings" • Click "reschedule" and select the date that is convenient • If you are unable to attend your class but it is less than 24 hour in advanced, the system will let you cancel your place but not reschedule. In this case please click the downwards arrow next to the class and the "cancel" option will appear.
  • What do I need to bring to class?
    You do not need to bring anything to class, we provide all props and equipment with water and herbal tea offered in our refreshment room. You are welcome to bring your own props too ansd the only item we do not provide are eye pillows.
  • What shall I do if I'm running late?
    Please aim to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class to allow time to take tea and settle into the space. If you are running late then please come in quietly, leaving shoes in the changing area. You are welcome to take tea / water into the studio.
  • The classes page is displaying an error when I try to book, what should I do?
    If there are any issues when booking your class, please refresh the page and try again. Make sure you are logged in as a member before booking so the system recognises your pricing plan.
  • How do I buy a pricing plan and book my first session?
    Due to a known website issue, you have to return to the class / treatment you wish to book after buying your pricing plan. If you purchase a pricing plan on checkout (you choose buy plan via the class / treatment booking checkout) the appointment will not have finalised. The confirmation page advises you to return to book your class or appointment after purchasing the plan. If you are unsure, please log into the members page and check "my bookings" to make sure your appointment or class is booked correctly. You will also receive a confirmation email of your purchase and a separate email confirming your booking.
  • I'm trying to book a treatment for tomorrow but there is no availability. Can I still book?
    Please get in touch if you would like to book less than 48 hours before but you can't see any availability. We can speak to our therapist team and try to book your appointment if we have any free slots or cancellations.
