Hot stone massage is a speciality full body massage where we use smooth, heated stones as an extension of our hands. The treatment uses basalt hot stones to deeply relax muscle tension. The heated rocks are placed on your body and massaged into soft tissues to loosen tension. You’ll find the heat can be both deeply relaxing and release tight muscles. Your skin will feel refreshed and exfoliated. Turn off stress and unwind. 

Acupressure Neck Massage

A deep tissue massage works deep into muscles and connective tissue. This is a firm massage that is beneficial in loosening problem areas of tension within muscles. Deep pressure can also help with tension in tendons, fascia and connective tissues.


Your therapist will work on any areas that are particularly tight and stiff. This massage will promote flexibility and reduction in tender muscles.

Hand Massage


This specialist massage for mothers to be can aid in the reduction of muscle pain especially in the back, neck, hips, legs and feet. The aim is to reduce stress, particularly on weight bearing joints, whilst promoting circulation and relaxation.

We only use positions that are safe for you and your baby, to aid in reduction of fluid retention and oedema whilst working on tender muscles. This treatment is for mothers in their second trimester onwards.

Sports massage is suitable for all and can improve circulation and lymphatic flow, decrease muscular tension and help to improve muscular length. Sports massage is provided by our specially trained therapists who has the skills to recognise more complicated muscular problems that may require more than a massage.
