200 HrYoga Teacher Training

with Jamie Yoga

Jamie Yoga Teacher Training is great for all people who love Vinyasa or Vinyasa Flow yoga. We do not require you to have years of practice or an advanced practice to become an Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher but more important is that you love practicing yoga and would love to either learn more for yourself or can’t wait to teach others.

Jamie Blowers our founder and Dr Sumi Chattejee our anatomy lecturer have developed effective methods over the years to support and nurture our trainees towards their highest teaching potential. Experience counts for a lot when it comes to training yoga teachers and Jamie has over 450 Graduate journeys to draw upon, across the country.

When you first start your journey as a teacher of yoga you will teach many beginners and Jamie Yoga teacher training course focuses on developing your skills so that you excel at teaching beginners the techniques and principles of asana practise and breath connection. When you can teach a beginner well, you can retain your students and build a secure student base that will become your intermediate students in time.

The teacher training atmosphere is fun, supportive and friendly. While at the same time a great personal challenge. As with any new endeavour there are epiphanies and challenges along the way. Jamie is encouraging and knowledgeable, he will continuously evaluate your progress and in keeping the group small he can give individualised coaching and support.
