What to expect

Yinyasa is a powerful pairing of two classes, where we open with Vinyasa to warm your body and use the breath as we link asana (poses) together to create a moving meditation, focusing the mind and strengthening the body. Promoting great mental and physical dexterity. To strengthen and tone the body. We finish with Yin, providing a space for you to dissolve away from the external world. A space to be still, to explore and find strength in vulnerability. Working with the meridian channels throughout the body this practice is seen as acupuncture without the pins making it a practice that releases physical, mental, emotional and energetic tension. All mind, body and souls welcome.
