What to expect

Vinyasa Yoga is a series of Yoga asana (poses) linked together by transitions. A near constant dynamic flow of energy to create flexibility and strength physically, mentally and energetically. Yoga means to unite or bond and with the use of breath, movement and mental focus we create the Yoga, the union, of mind, body and breath. Our pranic energy, our chi energy our inner life-force is directed to all areas of our being. Everybody is different, every body is different and every body is welcome.
