What to expect

In this slower based practice you will be encouraged to stretch through the body through various poses to create optimum tranquillity and space within. Holding each posture connecting to the breath evokes a sense of peace and ease. This traditional based Indian Hatha yoga practice builds strength, flexibility & balance. We will then drop into stillness into deep relaxing restorative poses ending in a long svasana. This class is suitable for those who are newer to yoga and for those who want to refine an existing practice. The benefits of this practice: To take time to heal and rejuvenate Cultivate flexibility & strength Increase energy levels. This is a gentle class suited to all levels.
