Harewood Holistics LTD – Membership Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all memberships, subscriptions, class packs, and recurring payment plans purchased from Harewood Holistics LTD via Momence or any other booking system.
By purchasing a membership or training-related product, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Overview

Memberships provide access to classes and/or credits as outlined at the time of purchase.

Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the named account holder.

We reserve the right to update membership structure, pricing, or benefits with reasonable notice.
2. Payments & Billing
-
Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
-
It is your responsibility to ensure payment can be taken on the agreed billing date.
-
Failed payments may result in suspension of booking access until resolved.
3. Membership Cancellation
-
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing one full calendar month’s notice.
-
Notice must be given on or before your next billing date.
-
Your membership remains active during the notice period and ends after the final payment cycle.
-
No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time.
4. Freezing or Pausing Memberships
-
Membership freezes may be offered at our discretion in cases of illness, injury, pregnancy, or exceptional circumstances.

Approval is not guaranteed and is assessed case by case.
5. Class Bookings & Credit Use
-
Membership credits are used to book classes via Momence.
-
All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy (Standardised Across Services)
-
Classes: 24 hours’ notice required (late cancellation = loss of credit)
-
Workshops / Immersions: 14 days’ notice required (late cancellation = no credit returned)
-
Retreats: 3 weeks’ notice required (late cancellation = no credit returned)
-
Treatments / 1:1 sessions: 48 hours’ notice required (late cancellation = no refund or reschedule)
6. No Refund Policy

We operate a strict no refund policy on memberships, event tickets (including immersions, workshops or retreats), teacher training deposits, treatments and class packs once purchased.

No refunds are issued for:

unused credits or memberships
-
missed classes or appointments
-
late cancellations or no-shows
-
partial use of a billing period
-

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion and may be subject to a 15% administration fee.
7. Teacher Training (Courses, Deposits & Enrolment)
This section applies to all Teacher Training Courses offered by Harewood Holistics LTD, including but not limited to Yoga Teacher Training, CPD programmes and specialist training courses.
7.1 Booking & Deposits

All teacher training bookings require a deposit to secure a place.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for credit, except at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Payment of a deposit confirms acceptance of the specific course terms provided at enrolment.
7.2 Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered, the full course fee must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule.

Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the course without refund.

Certificates will not be issued until full payment has been received.
7.3 Cancellation by Student

Once enrolled, course cancellations are subject to the specific teacher training contract for that programme.

7.4 Attendance & Certification

Minimum attendance and course completion requirements apply.

Certification is only issued upon successful completion of all required elements and full payment.
7.5 Course Changes or Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule teacher training courses due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, students will be offered a transfer to another course or a refund of fees paid, excluding any non-refundable deposits unless otherwise stated in the specific course agreement.
8. Changes to Membership or Services
-
We reserve the right to update pricing, structure, or benefits.
-
Changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
-
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Health & Safety Requirement
-
You confirm you have completed our Health & Safety Waiver.
-
You agree to disclose any changes in health, injury, pregnancy, or medical condition before attending sessions.
10. Late Cancellations & Attendance
-
Late cancellations and non-attendance result in loss of credit or session entitlement.
-
Credits cannot be reinstated once a late cancellation has been recorded.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
-
All promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing must be applied at the time of booking or purchase. We are unable to apply discounts retrospectively once a booking has been completed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a valid discount code has been correctly entered and successfully applied before completing payment.

We are unable to offer refunds, partial refunds, or account credits where a discount code was not applied, entered incorrectly, or did not function at the time of booking, unless the issue was reported to us prior to completing the transaction.

If a discount code appears not to be working, customers must contact us before completing their booking so that we can assist. We are unable to investigate or adjust bookings after payment has been made.

All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

Discount codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
12. Data Protection (UK GDPR)

Your data is stored securely via Momence and associated systems.

Data is used only for booking management, communication, and service delivery.
-
We do not sell or share personal data outside essential service providers required to operate our services.

13. Termination by Harewood Holistics LTD
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership or training access without refund if:

Terms are breached
-
Behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive

Fraudulent activity is suspected
14. Agreement
By purchasing a membership or enrolling in training, you confirm that:

You accept participation is at your own risk in line with our Waiver
