What to expect

This pregnancy-friendly Hatha class consists of gentle movement, calming breathing techniques and grounding stillness. There will often be options within the asanas so you can find what feels right for you each week. We work with the moon cycle by beginning a new theme with each New Moon and working with it through each phase (4 weeks) so you can feel the waxing and waning in your own body and mind. We work with lengthening and strengthening as well as finding both steadiness and fluidity. You will leave the class feeling calm and rejuvenated, ready to take on whatever the week has in store for you with a greater sense of resilience. This class is suited to all levels, including beginners.
