What to expect

A balanced class including alignment-based Hatha yoga practice, breath work, pranayama and meditation. In this slower paced class we will move through the body incorporating the classical postures of Hatha yoga. Evoking strength, flexibility and balance. You will be guided to stretch and open the body moving with the focus on the breath to induce a sense of calmness and clarity harmonising and strengthen the nervous system. This class is suitable for all levels and offers incremental teaching, providing an opportunity to challenge yourself or take it easy.
