What to expect

Dynamic flow Yoga is a movement practice working on flexibility, strength and coordination for the body and mind. Using the breath as our cue for movement, we’ll move in harmony with our pranic (life force) energy uniting breath and body into one dynamic flow. This class is open to all ability levels and adaptions are provided to ensure you are supported during the class
