What to expect
Ashtanga fusion is the Primary Series fused with Vinyasa flow. A more accessible free flowing yoga style of Ashtanga but holding on to the combination of strength, flexibility from Ashtanga and mindfulness from Vinyasa for all your yogic needs. Matt will adapt to the attending students, offering modifications and adjustments depending on ability and feedback. Mainly following sequencing from the primary series, you can expect a fully rounded practice that helps build strength, stamina and mobility and leaves you feeling energised and focused. This class is suitable for those familiar with yoga - level 2
