Wisdom of Water - A morning of yoga and lakeside tea ceremony

The elixir of life is not only essential to our being but is a great inspiration for adaptability, softness and purification. Water makes up around 60% of the human body and just like the tides, we too are pulled inward and outward according to our proximity to the moon.

This special gathering will be a ceremony of gratitude to the element of water. We will begin with a vinyasa yoga practice in the beautiful Arch Barn, channelling that wise water within and around us, finding fluidity in our breath, movements and mind; never stuck in one shape or thought but each moment gliding into the next.
