Embrace the warmth of winter, a cosy warming retreat to nourish and rebalance body and mind.

Step into a cosy studio wrapped in the gentle embrace of winter's chill, where soft, inviting candlelight bathes the room in a warm glow. An afternoon to nourish mind, body and soul as we immerse ourselves in a cocoon of mindful movement, restorative yoga, meditation, soothing breathwork and the comforting scents of winter aromatherapy.

Nestled in our luxury studio, we invite you to slow down and rediscover the beauty of the present moment. In the company of kindred spirits, we embark on a journey to find solace in the stillness of the season.

As we gracefully glide through mindful movement, we anchor ourselves in the here and now, each breath a reminder of the tranquillity that winter brings. In this moment we nurture our spirits, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the modern busy world.

Following the practice, we take a brief moment to pause to replenish with steaming cups of warming teas that envelop you in comfort, and delicious chocolate treats that melt in the mouth like snowflakes on your tongue.

Our journey continues with a deeply restorative yoga session, where you'll be cradled in the soft embrace of blankets and cushions, cocooned in a world of profound ease. Expect to be grounded in soothing poses, wrapped in the cosy fragrances of winter aromatherapy. and gently guided into a state of relaxation through grounding holds.
