Vinyasa Yoga Nidra Fusion 90 Minute

In this one off speical pop up class, we begin with a gentle 45 minute vinyasa yoga flow to both strengthen and open the body. We then move straight into the second half of the session: Yoga Nidra, where we take a restorative journey into deep relaxation of body and mind.

"You will be challenged, but never forced: there's no need to prove anything. To guide with alignment, hands-on adjustments are offered, but only if you so wish. You will be encouraged and empowered to discover your way to reap the full benefits of your practice, steadily working towards a stronger and more resilient body, and a less cluttered mind."
