An invitation to join Amanda in the beautiful Arch Barn for an evening of total immersion for the senses. A time to totally restore and find your balance ready for the new year ahead.

Sankalpa is the Sanskrit word for Intention. Every thought every emotion has the energy of intent behind it. In this New Year Special we will open with mediation, soft pranayama (breathwork) to open the parasympathetic nervous system. Receiving sacred sound of the Tibetan Bowls, Shamanic Sound & Reiki guiding us to drop drop into deep presence, stillness and awareness. In doing so the Sankalpa can start to rise and we will seal the intention by writing a declaration of intent to take with us into 2024.

This practice is floor based (underfloor heating will be on) and is available and open to all levels. We look forward to seeing you and welcoming you with seasonal tea.
