About the event
Join Kate at the Arch Barn, in collaboration with Harewood Holistics on Saturday the 17th of September within the gorgeous Harewood Estate for a full day of radiance!
Enhance your natural radiance with a full day of nourishment for body, mind and soul. We begin with an opening ceremony to tune you into your energy and awaken your heart. The morning ceremony will create a state of ease from within and encourage confidence as you come home to your unique energy and expression. Kate celebrates inner connection and self-expression over and above “perfecting” the external shape. You can expect to feel free and at peace through her guidance!
We then stroll through some of the grounds to Harewood House’s Terrace for a delicious lunch by Harewood Food and Drink Project, in the Billiard room of Harewood House, with time to be uplifted by food, nature and conversation. Via the Himalayan gardens we will return to the Arch Barn for a rich and replenishing courage & confidence practice, one of Kate’s signature sessions! The stories we tell ourselves inform the way we relate to our self and the world around us. This session will explore the power in reflecting on the key beliefs you hold, whether these are supportive or limiting. You will feel more open hearted, courageous and confident through a powerful blend of movement, journalling and sharing for those who desire to!
Following light refreshments, this day will be drawn to a close with a grounding ceremony including yoga Nidra and essential oils to promote relaxation and ease. You will find yourself feeling totally replenished and truly radiant from the inside out!
This mindful walk will take you through the Himalayan Garden where you can see blue poppies, orchids, cobra lilies, primulas and over 50 types of rhododendrons. The gardens are a beautiful place to pause and breathe with the sound of the waterfall helping to relax and calm minds.
The Himalayan Stupa was built by monks from Bhutan in 2004 and is the only one of its kind in the UK. Here you will have the opportunity to leave an offering of something you have found along the walk such as a fallen leaf or a flower. This Buddhist tradition helps us to reflect on life’s impermanence and helps to calm the mind.
