Restorative Sound + Yogic Sleep

An invitation to join Amanda in the beautiful Arch Barn for an evening of total immersion for the senses. A time to totally restore and find your balance.

We will open this practice with soft breath-work, to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Setting an intention around harmony and peace, easing into a soft meditation. Settling into different floor held postures using the props to support the body. As we hold the posture the body melts into the support, allowing all tensions physically and emotionally to be released. 

Tibetan bowls will be played, the vibrations from the bowls assisting with the deep healing. This practice will be infused with Reiki (A Japanese practice where you will receive energy). Closing the practice we drop deeper into a guided Yoga  Nidra + Yogic Sleep where the brain softens into a deep sense of relaxation.
