About the event
Our morning will take place on the stunning estate of Harewood Estate.
We will start the morning with a welcome tea and ease into our time together with a meditation by the water.
This will be followed by a Slow Flow Yoga Class over looking the beautiful lake. This class will be suitable for all levels and beginner friendly.
Our focus will be on feeling rejuvenated by reconnecting to our breath and body through a moving meditation. We will flow through a grounding sequence designed to help us feel calm and balanced whilst strengthening and stretching the body.
We will tap into our senses in order to utilise the soothing sounds of nature that we will be surrounded by. The class will end with a long savasana immersed in natures own music.
Ah it's gna be so bliss!
After class we will take a mindful walk back to the incredible and newly renovated Arch Barn, taking in the Harewood Estate, for post class vegan snacks and yogi tea to nourish our bodies.
During this time there will be an optional journaling session to set the tone for our final Yin Yoga Class together. Journaling is a helpful way to go into class with purpose and intention and leave our morning together feeling refreshed & with a new sense of energy and focus for the day, week or month ahead.
Our Yin Class will be a hip and heart opening practice. We will move through a gentle sequence designed to support us to open our heart to all the universe has to offer. Releasing any emotion and creating space for new energy and new opportunity.
You will leave the morning feeling calm, focused, grounded and hopefully with a few new friends! A perfect way to start a Saturday'.
