Yeun will be offering a series of workshops that bring a fresh approach to the Traditional Chinese way of life of Wuxing(五行), She will guide you through holistic energy boosting self care practices harnessing the season’s energy based on the five elements of Wood,Fire,Earth Metal and Water.

Summer Season | Fire Element |Yin Heart |Year of the Wood Dragon

We begin with the Summer Season harnessing the energy of the Fire element to nourish our heart and capacity for connection, growth and radiance.

According to Traditional Chinese medicine, Summer is the optimal time to stimulate the Heart and meridian channels in order to protect and rebalance ourselves as they are likely to be weakened during this season. Yeun invites you to tune into your body, open your heart chakra to and capture the creative joyful energy of the Summer Season throughout the year

What’s included in each Workshops:

Restorative ancient healing practices including ; Qi energy Body Flow, Breath and Sound, Body Tapping, Acupressure, Facial Healing Ritual and Restorative Relaxation. We will celebrate the dynamic fiery energy of the Year of Wood Dragon with the Swimming Dragon sequence imitating the Dragon’s graceful movements, while bringing our mind and body ease.The movements are gentle and fun ,yet they offer some powerful anti-aging and vitality benefits that are accessible to everyone. Using Breath and Sound with Body tapping ,we will activate the free flow of our meridians and connect to the benefits of the particular Seasonal element and corresponding unique qualities that we can align ourselves with to feel present, balanced and nurtured.

The Facial Healing Ritual will combine therapeutic Facial Massage, Facial exercises, Gua Sha and Acupressure to help stimulate the lymphatic system to eliminate any toxins and feel rejuvenated . This deeply restorative experience not just for the face, but will also tap into the whole body - physical and emotional by gently energising the meridians pathway that flow from head to toe. Each  immersive session will finish with a blissful relaxation, so you may absorb your aligned energy to  feel radiant and refreshed - including applied acupressure if desired.

Please bring :

• Bottle of water to stay hydrated
• Wear a hairband or hair tie to keep hair off face
• Please come with a doubled cleansed face and décolletage
• Wear comfortable layered clothing with access to the décolletage
• Gua Sha tool and natural facial balm /oil -provided during the workshop.
• Anyone with sensitive skin we advise that you bring your own facial product.

Please note, if you are have any of the following medical conditions or any concerns, please seek medical approval to take part;

Cancer, blood disorders, facial operations or procedures affecting the area.

Unsuitable during the first trimester of pregnancy and fresh Botox/dermal fillers (Please wait until after 4 weeks ) Facial Gua Sha can cause a mild red flush or breakout on the skin due to blood circulation being activated and toxins being cleared this is normal and should settle.
