International Women's Day Yin + Sound + Massage

Join Bianca for this special 90 minute immersion to celebrate International Womans Day. 

Welcome to your practice where we combine guided meditation with a warm and cosy atmosphere. There will be low lighting, candles and light mantra style frequency music. You will be guided through a series of deep stretching and body opening Asana - Yin sytle. During our Yin practice, we will hold your yoga pose for up-to 5 minutes and to practice aspects of Pranayama to help the flow of chi around the body - which will assist the body in releasing and letting go of any un-serving aches, pains and tensions. Relax to the frequencies of a 7 set Chakra Attuned Crystal Sound bowls of which will provide some internal attuning, balencing and alignment.

The session moves onto a guided meditation practice with a long loving savasana. You will leave feeling free within your mind, body, spirit and soul  - with a sense of restful, effortless ease. Look forward to a gentle grounding practice, delicious herbal tea by Rasa Teas, gentle massage throughout and vegan raw cacao chocolates. Happy International Womans Day.
