Gentle Yoga + Crystal Sound Bowl Healing In Nature

Join Jenna for this special yoga session by the stunning lakeside as the sun sets over the stunning Harewood Estate. In our own private clearing we will explore the natural beauty of the surroundings together. We will feel into the sense of space and light as we move through a yoga flow for all levels, enjoying the glorious sounds of nature around us as well as the sounds of healing crystal bowls. 

We will meet at 6.30pm at the Arch Barn and take a gentle and mindful stroll down to the lakeside are together. After our yoga session which includes breathwork and a grounding practice we will walk back as a group, arriving back at the Arch Barn at 8pm. All equipment including optional essential oils provided.

NB. The vibrational frequencies of sound healing instruments such as those used in this session have the ability to move through skin, fluid and the bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation down to the level of our body’s cellular structure.
