Full Moon Circle

You are invited to join this sacred circle each month to honour, tune into, learn from and connect with the moon cycles. The moon governs our inner world and emotions, and as women we are ruled by the moon. Each circle carry you home to your inner world, which is powerful in and of itself in a world that encourages such an external and mind-oriented focus as well as fast pace. This is your monthly space to tune in, feel and be in deep connection with yourself.

Each circle will have its own unique flavour depending on the placement of the moon. Contemplate, self inquire, evolve and develop your self belief through whilst also building beautiful new connections with other open hearted souls. Kate creates a warm and welcoming space for self inquiry, connection, acceptance and expression through a unique blend of astrology reports, guided journalling, movement and meditations. You will be invited to take part in sharing what comes up for you through these practices- a safe and powerful space to practice using and owning your voice...though of course always optional.

You can always expect to leave feeling more at ease and free within yourself…like you’ve just given your soul a big loving embrace!

Each circle will include:

- A sacred elixir to support the theme

- Yoga inspired movement

- Oracle card message

- Grounding meditation and relaxation

Please Note:  Kate will be providing ceremonial cacao, this is cacao in her pure form! Please make sure you email harewoodholistics@harewoodestate.co.uk at least 2 days before the event if you are unable to consume oat milk. Cacao is a natural heart opener, and will facilitate our experience of coming together. If for any reason you do not wish to drink any, then of course you do not have to.
