Children's yoga, mindful crafts and games workshop

Enjoy a fun morning, exploring yoga, crafts and games with Kay and Sharon.

There will be a maximum of 12 children of mixed ages 7-12 with two qualified, experienced yoga teachers, one of which is a practicing primary school teacher, who is also a trained yoga and meditation teacher.

Snacks are also provided but we ask children bring their own water bottle. 

Parents are welcome to enjoy free time in the grounds of Harewood Estate, deer park, or enjoy Muddy Boots cafe. We ask that parents are contactable during this time.
