About the event
Join Liz (Betty Yoga) for an uplifting experience that will bring us closer to the yogic state of clarity and light. Late April is one of our favourite times of the year here at Harewood Holisitics and when our cherry blossom is in full bloom. We'll connect with, and harness this open, expansive blossoming energy of Spring with a mindful walk, taking time to pause for a guided meditation designed to help us to feel a peaceful connection to nature and ourselves.
We'll further ignite our senses and cultivate our own sense of an open, expansive attitude with uplifting breathwork; a mindful, yoga flow, and a deliciously nourishing supported savasana (relaxation).
