What to expect

Sports massage is a form of deep tissue massage which aims to help alleviate the stress and tension which can build in the body's soft tissues during sport and exercise, through demanding jobs and activities, poor posture and also emotional stress.

 

Sports massage is suitable for all and can improve circulation and lymphatic flow, decrease muscular tension and help to improve muscular length. Sports massage is provided by our physiotherapist who has the skills to recognise more complicated muscular problems that may require more than a massage.
