What to expect

Alice’s Fundamentals of Yoga classes are designed for beginners, as well as more experienced yogis looking to hone their practice. Join Alice to explore the principal postures of yoga; learning their correct techniques and how to safely tailor them to your unique body, as well as discover the depth and power that each posture has to offer. Together you will delve into yoga's rich history and philosophy, and experience yogic breath work, and the transformative art of synchronising breath with movement. You will leave each session feeling stronger with deeper self-connection, and having gained a greater grounding in yogic tradition. Alice is a Hatha & Vinyasa yoga teacher with a passion for the fundamentals of yoga: asanas, philosophy and history. Her yoga practice has its roots in personal growth, fostering connection, and has a deep reverence for nature. In her yoga classes expect a serene and supportive atmosphere that grounds you, with an emphasis on posture alignment. Alice is skilled at guiding you to connect with your breath, body, and intuition; helping you to realise and embrace your full potential. You will leave Alice’s classes feeling stronger with greater self-trust, and feeling more authentically you than you did going in. Beyond yoga, Alice is also a doctor and is training as a Reiki Practitioner.
