What to expect

An invitation to join Amanda in this fluid practice of Yin & Yang in this specially adapted sequencing where we open with prananyama, meditation and intention setting which we will embody through this profound practice. Moving through the body to open and then holding the asana (shape) to allow any sensations in the physical body to softly move through the energetic body, it’s at this point the Yang merges into the Yin and one can drop into deep receptivity and release. Flowing from one shape to another then arriving into stillness. This class is open to all levels as we move into the inner landscape of being.
