What to expect

An invitation to join Amanda for a special yin class with sound. The practice of yin is predominantly a ground practice where we hold the asana (the shape we create with the body). Here there is a process that evolves as we allow ourselves to drop into the body and tune into ourselves. Here we begin to access the deeper layers of self, opening up the naadis (the energetic channels) and aligning ourselves with our true nature as we drop into this meditative state. This class will be accompanied by sound and each week we will incorporate a different element that is aligned to clearing and harmonising the chakras (energy centres), creating balance and harmony. This class is accessible for all levels and balances out the Yang practices. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat.
