What to expect

Slow Flow Yoga is a mindful, nourishing vinyasa flow class. We will take our time to move with the breath to strengthen the body and still the mind using pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses), mindful meditation and wisdom; for transformation on and off the mat. A class for all levels and beginners welcome.
