What to expect

You’ll leave this Sculpt strengthening and conditioning class feeling empowered and connected with your entire body. The addition of a light weight/resistance exercises, challenges the stability of your core, upper body, and glutes, and the resistance band will make you feel the burn faster with less reps. If your body is shaking, that means the class is working! This is a class for all ability levels.
