Saturday Outdoor Yoga Flow in Nature

Saturday's 10 am / 10:30 am

  • 11 British pounds
  • Lakeside / Woodland

What to expect

From the 27th of May we are excited to be working with guest teachers to bring you our summer outdoor Saturday morning yoga flow classes. These will be either in our woodland area, bathed in nature and the sounds of the forest or in our new private lakeside spot with views up to Harewood House and across the Serpentine lake. Yoga is “a state in which the fluctuations of the mind are no longer dominant,” Patanjali states. Practicing Yoga offers us freedom from these fluctuations, allowing practitioners to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Surrendering requires us to feel safe and supported. This practice will focus on calming the nervous system, allowing you to cultivate a sense of safety from within. From this foundation your energy will expand and allow self expression to flow through. From this place of trust we can then touch into our hearts...the bridge between 'me' and 'we'. Developing healthy boundaries but an openness facilitating compassion, and healthy flowing energy around the body. If you want to feel more full of playfulness, joy, and receptive to the gift of life this practice will awaken such states. Every session will be slightly different but all be yoga flows and open to all levels of ability. The class is an hour with a 15 minute walk either side to our private outdoor areas.
