What to expect

This is a deeply restful practice where one is invited to drop into the moment through soft movement focusong on the breath enabling deep connection to self tuning inwards into stillness. Leaning into the props to support and hold the body in various shapes accesses the parasympathetic nervous system to restore and harmonise the whole of self. Suitable for all levels
