What to expect

An invitation to join Ciara for our Relax and Unwind class. Drawing on the principles of yin yoga and slow flow yoga, this practice is suitable for all levels and will focus on slow, grounding and calming movements as we create the space to turn inwards and wind down for the evening. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat! This class is accessible for all levels.
