What to expect

This yoga class is a supportive place for pregnant women to show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re feeling nausea, fatigue, PGP or extra energised, there will be options for you. Yoga mats and all props will already be set out for you on arrival. Join me on the vast Harewood Estate in the beautiful Arch Barn for some deep nurturing. This 60-minute class is a holistic approach to all of your needs. You can expect a warm welcome followed by a combination of some challenging strength building, pelvic floor awareness, gentle movement to release physical tension as well as mindfulness practices, calming pranayama, sonic soothing, restorative / Yoga Nidra / hypno-birthing and lots of beautiful moments to connect deeply to your baby within. There will always be a long period of relaxation to close, allowing you and your baby to soak up all the good stuff! The door will be left open for you to nip out if/whenever needed. This is a safe space for your body, mind and spirit to settle and grow. It is a fantastic way to meet other women going through the same experiences as you and potentially build life-long connections - please feel free to stay after class and enjoy a chat with a cuppa! This class is open to pregnant women from 12 weeks right up to birth and is a fantastic way to prepare your body and mind for the delivery of your baby.
