What to expect

In Power Yoga we will work with strength and cardio, we will work with the body to tone and strengthen and work with the breath to empower and invigorate our energy levels thus building stamina and endurance which we can take into everyday life off our mats. Picking a peak pose and working towards it either within a single class or a series of classes preparing the body for what is needed to reach that ‘advance’ asana. It will be tough but it will be fun and it will be rewarding. Previous yoga asana (pose) experience preferred so we can find our flow.
