Pilates offers the perfect form of exercise for you after your pregnancy. These sessions will help to improve the tone of your pelvic floor without causing any stress to your joints of lower back. Post natal Pilates can start as soon as 6 weeks after the birth as long as you have the go ahead from your GP.
