This powerful practice is known as the the yoga of awareness. The benefits are profound stabilising the nervous system, strengthening & harmonising the physical body creating space to transcend and refine limiting beliefs. The benefits of a Kundalini practice are profound. To fully awaken one’s potential for total awareness, the release of energy promotes balance and expansion. This is a breathwork practice working at a cellular level, the practitioner will see improvements in their an overall feeling of well-being an opportunity to experience different states of conciseness.
