What to expect

A balanced class including alignment-based Hatha yoga practice, breath work, pranayama and meditation. This class is suitable for all levels and offers incremental teaching, providing an opportunity to challenge yourself or take it easy. Classes start with breath and a gentle warm up followed by the asana practice which will have a different theme or focus each week, leading into a cool down that may incorporate pranayama, meditation or chanting and the final relaxation.
