What to expect

In this beautiful practice we will move mindfully through the body stretching and opening the body, uniting the movement with the breath. In this way we learn unity as we strengthen and harmonise the body coming into true alignment. We will then ground into earth and drop into restorative poses evoking deep relaxation and culminating into a long savasana. This practice is suitable for all levels including beginners. Rebalancing energy, cultivating balance & flexibility. The benefits of this practice To take time to heal and rejuvenate Cultivate flexibility & strength Increase energy levels.
