What to expect
Are you thinking of taking up yoga? Maybe you feel it’s a little daunting. This is the perfect way to be introduced to the world of yoga. You will be gently guided step by step, moving slowly to open the body. Building strength, flexibility & balance. You will be introduced to meditation and soft breath-work to induce a sense of calmness and tranquillity, within the beautiful surroundings here at the Arch Barn. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat.
