What to expect

A class suitable for all using an anatomical inspired gentle style of Yoga focusing on transitioning through the body with intelligent sequencing and poses to create space and stillness. My fundamental training in core strength vinyasa allows for Yoga to be accessed by all to be core connected to the breath, body and mind. To create a synchronicity between all three, using movements safe on the joints and finding joy in our practice. We focus our Intention on a general theme or "Peak pose" we are flowing towards and during the class we bring a deep awareness and activation on our transitions between poses to find a deep core connection to self. We use breath practices to ground and connect and relieve anxiety and stress. Challenging and fun I make my clients feel comfortable using my experience of injury including my own knee rehabilitation I am able to offer modifications to allow for accessibility . We always conclude as we decompress relaxing the body and mind with a soothing yogic sleep or shavasana to elevate your practice and bring your body back to a state of rest and ease.
