What to expect

Functional Bodyweight Circuits encompasses a range of disciplines. This plyometric workout will increase stamina, increase cardiovascular limits, increase strength, increase stability and mobility. Greater strength and greater speed = power! It is a full body workout using the body to target key areas using a circuits routine of set work and rest times to activate aerobic and lactate systems which will increase cardiovascular volumes and improve stamina. A class for all ability levels.
