What to expect

Vinyasa Yoga is a series of Yoga asana (poses) linked together by transitions. A near constant dynamic flow of energy to create flexibility and strength physically, mentally and energetically. Yoga means to unite or bond and with the use of breath, movement and mental focus. We create the Yoga, the union, of mind, body and breath. Our pranic energy, our chi energy our inner life-force is directed to all areas of our being. This is a class designed for all levels and an introduction to Yoga with yinyasa and Yin elements. Starting with Yin Yoga, as it’s a dish best served cold, allowing us to delve into the deep tissue and energy systems throughout the body. It can been seen as acupuncture without the pins as we explore the liquid crystalline fascia network of the body containing the meridian channels, to nourish, hydrate and energise our energetic, physical and emotional selves before moving into dynamic Vinyasa flow continuing to use our body as a point of focus to make the full 60 minutes a nice meditative practice. A hybrid practice which will stimulate every layer of our beings. This is is a beginners level class ONLY for staff of Assured Data Protection. Please do not book if you are not a staff member.
