What to expect

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic vinyasa style practice very much guided by the breath so that it becomes a flowing meditative experience. Matt will adapt and teach to the attending students, offering modifications and adjustments depending on ability and feedback. Mainly following sequencing from the primary and sometimes intermediate series you can expect a fully rounded practice that helps build strength, stamina and mobility and leaves you feeling energized and focused.
