Hey! I am Josephine….and I love everything health and wellness. I am passionate about movement in all forms but adore Pilates and what it can do for the mind, body and soul.

 

Fitness and Nutrition are a huge part of my life, as is meditation and  my other disciplined practices.  

 

I love adventures, travelling and experiencing the unknown. Taking my family and 2 dogs to the beach with good coffee and good food is my idea of a perfect day.

 

I am a Personal Trainer, Fitness Teacher and Pilates Teacher and my goal  is to connect people  with their bodies. Mind body connection makes all the difference when training as does self respect and acceptance, for where we are on our journey. My motto is “ JUST MOVE” ….any day, can be, day 1.

My approach to teaching is a peaceful, soulful restorative practice from the heart. I like to guide my students on a journey to self through the breath, through feeling,
connecting with the energy in the room and creating a safe place for self -
exploration.


My journey took me to Rishikesh in India where I immersed myself into teacher
training and I continue to visit regularly to develop my own practice further which
now includes Yin, Sound Healing and Breathwork. I have gained so much knowledge and inspiration from all my yoga teachers worldwide. I continue to learn as
knowledge is key.

Niki Doyle

Niki's love for movement really started back in her twenties when she decided in to train to become a Personal trainer and Sports therapist.  For Niki, movement is both an outlet and a powerful tool for remaining in tune with both her mind and body. She works hard to empower her students with the knowledge that optimal movement is the real medicine and takes a truly holistic approach. 

Her desire to help others transform physically, emotionally, and spiritually does not stop at Pilates. As a Physio by day and a Yoga enthusiast by night, she tries to invite movement into every possible opportunity. 

Niki loves how teaching allows her the opportunity to create community, educate and empower those who take her class, and be a partner in their pursuit of wellness. Niki takes an “all in” approach; she’s known for her high energy, full accountability, and diligent, form-focused style.

My aim is to guide you to a practice that not only helps to create strength and flexibility in the body but also to instil a sense of peace and harmony in the mind unlocking new neural pathways to let go of past habitual processes and help create a new confident, focused and free future.

My yoga journey started when I first stepped onto a mat at a local vinyasa class many years ago. The combination of stillness, focus and strength immediately appealed and started me on my journey to where I find myself today. I was drawn to Mysuru India to learn and study the traditional approach to yoga and found it was both enlightening and inspiring to me. 

The use of the body through yoga led me to bodyweight training and conditioning to build agility and strength. Which in turn led me to train as a personal trainer to share further knowledge of fitness and anatomy. This combination of knowledge can be applied to benefit people of all shapes and sizes, ages, abilities and backgrounds

 

My passion lies with changing habits and mindsets. Watching transformation in peoples attitudes, bodies and mentalities is what makes me and my clients happy!
