impact on physical health and well being. It reduces stress, is a useful tool in pain management and aids restful sleep.
May’s meditation course focuses on encouraging positive emotions. How can we feel happiness
when we are in the middle of a stressful day? How can we be filled with positive feelings when we
are tired or something is frustrating or irritating you?
This meditation course aims to guide you and give you a tool box of meditation practices that will
ease away negativity, giving you space to reflect and feel calm. You’ll harness your feelings of
positivity and gain a more optimistic outlook on your life, whatever your life situation.
