About The Event

There has been much research done over the past few years showing that meditation has a positive

impact on physical health and well being. It reduces stress, is a useful tool in pain management and aids restful sleep.

May’s meditation course focuses on encouraging positive emotions. How can we feel happiness

when we are in the middle of a stressful day? How can we be filled with positive feelings when we

are tired or something is frustrating or irritating you?
