Our Pilates teachers specialise in pre and post natal, ski fit, osteoporosis management, cyclist pre training plans, runners training and specific joint rehabilitation.
We can offer personalised 1:1 yoga programmes in Hatha yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini Breathwork and Yin Yoga.
If you have pain or injury (anything above 3/10 on the pain scale), it is recommended to see our Physiotherapist prior to your first session. This will allow us to assess your needs and ensure all exercise programs are adapted to suit your needs.
