Hatha / Vinyasa / Ashtanga / Yin

We offer personalised 1:1 yoga programmes in Hatha yoga, Pre and Post Natal, Restorative, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga for Strength, Kundalini Breathwork, Mindfulness and Meditation and Yin Yoga.

For Pre and Post natal ensure you book your session with Amanda. Amanda is also a Hatha / Kundalini / Vinyasa / Restorative / Meditation and Yin Teacher. 

​

Bianca is trained in a wide range of Yoga styles including Ashtanga, Hatha, Meditation, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Somatic Approach, Yin, Yoga and Ayurveda.

Matt is our resident Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and dynamic flow / power Yoga. 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

At the beginning of your first session, our teacher will spend 10 minutes discussing your goals and preferences for the 1:1. This helps us to tailor each session to you. Our teachers will adapt each session and vary the practice to you and your goals.

We charge an extra £5 per person for the group sessions with additional guests able to pay on the day in the studio.
